Im driving down Glenway and my phone rings and I answer it. It was an emergency so I just happen to pull over into Watsons parking lot. So I guess I’ve been in the parking lot for 10-15 mins. So the regional manager comes out and taps on my window. By the way his name is Shawn I think. So I rolled my window down and asked him can I help you?? Now I’m currently on a emergency call. He asked was I coming in?? I replied no. He then said I need to get off his lot!! I asked why?? He said I don’t have to explain myself to you!! Then he said I’ll call the police!! I thought this regional manager was the WORST!! He actually threatened my life!! Behind me taking a phone call in his lot!! Now mind you, the parking lot is EMPTY!! Watsons did a disservice by hiring him as anything!!

I took a trip the Western Hills Watson’s Accessory Store for the first time after going Leslie’s for years. I needed shock for my pool that I just opened and I had a great experience with Justin and Claude. They were super helpful and personable while helping me pick out the chemicals. I was very satisfied with my trip and will be attending Watson’s for my pool supplies from now on, highly recommend!

My experience at the Glenway Watsons location was great and the customer service was even better. I got helped to the correct aisle by Justin and got rang out by Claude and it all went great. I will definitely recommend this to other people and I will continue to come back to this store location.

They sell decent products. I have bought numerous items from them, I have to say their service department is the absolute worse. And don't expect your sales person to help out, they sell you high priced products, but when call because service messed up installation, they pretty much want nothing to do with you. If you can buy elsewhere I would recommend going somewhere else. Of the last three items purchased there, all three had service related issues. Watsons refuses to do anything, first time use of new hottub, service installation was wrong and caused damage, told call back coming, crickets for over 10 days and still nothing. If you desire quality service do not go to Watsons
