Our Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied, Watson's will cheerfully refund any deposit and full purchase price* on most unused and unopened merchandise purchased in-store or from Watsons.com within 30 days of purchase.
Your receipt must accompany any return. "As is" or special order merchandise is non-returnable.
For online returns, please see details below. For in-store returns, please visit your local Watson’s. Customers will receive a refund on their original form of purchases, within 5-7 business days. If you paid by check or if the amount of refund is in excess of $100 you will receive your refund by mail in approximately 10 days. For online returns, after receipt of and inspection of returned merchandise, the customer will receive a refund on their original form of purchase within 5-7 business days.

To return an online purchase:

Submit an “Online Order Return Request” by visiting www.watsons.com/online-returns.

Upon receipt of your request, a member of the Watson’s customer service team will contact you to confirm your submission was received and to assist with any questions.

Customers may use the carrier of their choice for any returns. We highly recommend customers ship all items via a trackable method and include appropriate insurance coverage based on the value of the item(s).
Note: All costs affiliated with return shipping and insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Watson’s will not be responsible for lost or damaged items sent back for return.
*All returned products (with the exception of pool and spa chemicals or accessories) are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon inspection. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
