I have come her half a dozen times. The female that works the counter is always rude and unhelpful. God forbid u have a question she will immediately snap at you. Completely understand professional. Make the slightly longer drive to Huber heights location.

Just really not impressed with this place. The only thing it’s good for is picking up shock and occasional filter. Employees are either at lunch, on their phones, & generally disinterested in customer service.

Watsons in Centerville is great. Troy, not so much. 3 customers in the store on a Saturday and the only person working was asleep in a back office. We tried for about 5 minutes of hollering at her before she finally woke up to check us out.

We walked in. Nobody was awake. Someone in back room asleep. We are driving off now. No stars for this business at all. This has not happened before.

Call Watson's and rec pool filters that I needed but I had to drive to the Centerville. After 30 minute drive I was told they don't have the right filters for my pool. Very unapologetic didn't care. Never go back again
