I ride past other pool supply stores to go here. Here's today's experience when I tried the closer place first: Closer pool store: "This isn't the part you're looking for, but you put this part on the pump and then cut your hose and it should fit over here. Or use this part and buy a new hose. You probably won't be able to find that other part" Watsons: "Here's the part."

No they don't stock everything, but they have more than just the essentials. Staff seems friendly and educated on products.
