Great experience when buying an above ground pool. Our salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was included. We took a walk outside to view the different sized pools that they have on display so that we could visualize the size that would fit perfectly in our backyard. He definitely helped to make the decision to buy very easy. Would highly recommend!

I always enjoy coming in after pool school to take advantage of the great bargains. It’s especially nice to come in and be treated with respect and work with people that are very knowledgeable regarding the Products. They never try to oversell or make me feel incompetent because I know very little about the chemicals and the set up of my pool. Dylan and Tim were especially pleasant to work with today. My husband and I are elderly and we appreciate the extra service Of taking our package out to our car. if there were 10 stars available and Tim and Dillon would actually get 10 stars.

They do have a nice selection of items. But the ‘we care about our customers’ was missing. My incident started in the parking lot with a school age employee (didn’t realize at the time he worked there). He was speeding & running stop signs in the parking lot. I didn’t say anything to the kid at first because ‘kids are kids and I didn’t want to be a cranky old lady’ When I realized he worked there, I simply said ‘young man you need to slow down in the parking lot and I’m certain you know it’ … Two adult ‘seasoned’ employees became aware of the situation. Neither of them addressed the situation with me. Neither of them apologized until I said ‘had I not needed this item as a birthday gift I would not be purchasing from here’ THEN the adult employee said he would talk to the young man. My purchase was $3000. After much consideration I will not be going back for theatre seating. It could have been an off day for the driver, or the first adult who overheard me tell the driver to slow down in parking lots, or even the second adult who sold me the chair. But i don’t think so. I think it’s the demeanor in the store. Feeling comfortable in a store is important to me. This incident was definitely a fail.

Drew Davis was an excellent salesman! He made suggestions without being pushy and was very patient with us. Also special thanks to the warehouse team for helping us load our new outdoor sectional since we made our purchase at closing time. 😊😉

Being probably the busiest day of the year, last day of Pool School, there was plenty of help on hand and the employees were more than helpful to assist with gathering up my list of supplies. The prices for this event were very good. Great job folks!
