    We had a great experience ordering our pool from the Dayton store and working with Bob. He was very transparent and knowledgeable. We appreciate that they offer so much variety in terms of sizing and customization. They can accommodate any price point. We were very excited that our pool will be delivered in just a couple of days! The process was fun and easy!

    Had a great experience at Watson’s. Everyone was friendly and was there to help but no pressure to buy. Drew was extremely helpful and took care of us. He gave us all the information and answered all of our questions but didn’t pressure us. Let us take our time and eventually we decided on the table and chairs that we wanted. Drew was helping another customer at the same time but was able to work with us both. We purchased a table and chairs 15 years ago from Watson and it’s still in good shape, we just needed a bigger one.

    I always enjoy coming in after pool school to take advantage of the great bargains. It’s especially nice to come in and be treated with respect and work with people that are very knowledgeable regarding the Products. They never try to oversell or make me feel incompetent because I know very little about the chemicals and the set up of my pool. Dylan and Tim were especially pleasant to work with today. My husband and I are elderly and we appreciate the extra service Of taking our package out to our car. if there were 10 stars available and Tim and Dillon would actually get 10 stars.
