Bought a patio furniture set from them a couple years ago. Since then, it has completely broken down and physically hurt me three times. Watson's of Dayton knows the furniture hurt me but their best offer was to haul away the broken couch, give $353, and that's it. They initially refused to haul away the defective furniture until we asked over and over. The full set costs thousands of dollars and it is NOT SAFE. I am unable to use it and the rest of the broken furniture is stuck at my house and I am out THOUSANDS of dollars. Watson's will not replace or repair the furniture. They will also not stand by the product and give a full refund for the faulty and potentially harmful furniture. My back hurts from the most recent furniture collapse and I will make sure everyone I know that your furniture can cause injury after a couple of years of normal use. Defective and potentially harmful furniture should not be sold. When brought to the attention of the company, a full refund, replacement, or repair should be in order. I hope no one else is hurt due to Watson's negligence.
