Eric was awesome. I’m all about facts and get the process working. Eric seemed to read my personality and helped us make decisions about our soon to be new pool. Made a few great suggestions which we accepted. Asked great questions which guided us along. New semi in-ground pool bought in under an hour. I really appreciated his knowledge and his people skills. None of that wasting my time stuff which drives me crazy and usually drives me to a different store. Highly recommend!!!

We did our entire sale over the phone (multiple) calls with Jack. He was always accommodating and patient. He described how the process works (pool installation) and what we are required to do as homeowners. He was also thoughtful enough to give us a best deal/price that was available to us through summer promotions. He saved us money with the promotions, he saved us time with not having to drive an hour to the store, I can't say enough how happy we are! Thanks Jack!

Had a great experience at Watson’s. Everyone was friendly and was there to help but no pressure to buy. Drew was extremely helpful and took care of us. He gave us all the information and answered all of our questions but didn’t pressure us. Let us take our time and eventually we decided on the table and chairs that we wanted. Drew was helping another customer at the same time but was able to work with us both. We purchased a table and chairs 15 years ago from Watson and it’s still in good shape, we just needed a bigger one.

Went in to look for patio furniture. The sales person Ben was very friendly and not at all pushy. He answered all our questions and let us look around and would come back and see if we had additional questions. We felt like we got a good price for what we bought and there was no pressure to buy the more expensive set we first looked at. I recommend the store.
