Visited Watson’s to consider purchasing a spa/hot tub with my wife. Our sales rep, Mark S. was extremely helpful and asked us many questions before showing us models that would fit our needs. He spent the time and attention needed to make us feel comfortable with no pressure to purchase. End result - we ended up purchasing the spa from Mark at Watson’s. I would highly recommend Mark S. For any of your spa or furniture needs at Watson’s. The only downside is the time it will take to deliver (4-6 weeks) but it will be worth the wait!

Watson's has an excellent selection across all price ranges. I was thrilled to learn they carried the Jensen Outdoor brand as i wanted to see and feel the wood and fabrics in person. It convinced us it was the brand we wanted to purchase. While I did not pick either of the Jensen Outdoor lines the store carried, the Sales Associate, Pat Feldman, was extremely helpful from start to finish in finding and ordering exactly what we wanted. I can't wait for our new outdoor furniture to be delivered and used!
