Overall we're happy with the furniture we chose and the salesperson we worked with was helpful and friendly. I genuinely like him. The only problem we have is that we purchased some furniture that they have pretty much ready to go and some special order. Because the furniture will be available at two different times if we had it delivered when it was ready they would charge us a delivery fee twice or we can wait 6 to 8 weeks for the special order to come in and get all of it then even though most of it's ready. This isn't the experience I've had at other stores especially when spending the amount that we are. I'm disappointed.
