The spa school that they offer gets you up to speed on not just the “how”, but also the “why,” behind operating and maintaining your hot tub. Disappointed! Writing this after a recent "service" was done on our Bullfrog Hot Tub. For starters it took 3 attempts at getting service scheduled and performed. -The first appointment no one showed up for and when called they told us they never actually put it on the books -The second they called and cancelled 10 minutes before the end of the service window because "an employee was out sick for weeks and they were only now able to let us know they couldn't make it." -The third appointment finally had someone show up and do the repair only when I got home to check on the repair i found packing/foam all around the ground surrounding the tub, on the tub surface and in the water of the hot tub. I also found that in the process of replacing the one of the lights they chipped some of the surface of the hot tubs acrylic shell. NEAT! Lastly as I have seen others repeat in their own reviews I too have had issues when it comes to getting ahold of management. They either are never there or simply don't care enough to have a team in place to help with customer issues. And when I did get ahold of a "manager" I was immediately told they couldn't help me before hearing me out because the "other manager" wasn't there. At this point I wish I could return the hot tub and take that money somewhere else that wants to treat me or anyone else for that matter like actual human beings and not just another sale!

Very nice store with alot of neat stuff. Called the store to talk to a salesman and was connected to Colin who answered all my questions, texted me pictures of pool tables. Got me all the information I needed before I made the long trip there and when I finally made it there he patiently waited until we decided which pool table to purchase. Definitely will come back to purchase a few more things.
