Colin at Watson’s of St Louis was great. He shipped our massage chair via Dayton Freight Services and the driver was excellent. He saw I was elderly and helped me get the chair in my house. Took the pallet away too!!! Every adpect of this transaction went well. The chair assembly wasn’t as bad as I expected. Just took s few hours. That includes cutting up all the cardboard to fit in my large waste can. It filled it up too. Thanks Colin, you folks at Watson’s are great. Wish we had one here in the Florida Panhandle!

We purchased our pool in August of 2002 and have only used products from here. They are always friendly and greet you as you walk in. We had to replace our pool liner because someone used the pool cleaning pole as a pole vault and poked a perfectly round hole in the bottom of the pool liner. Ordering a new liner was easy, half down and pay the rest when it comes in. Thank goodness it’s the end of the season so no fun was lost. Btw it was the original liner, so the 20 year guarantee was great for this liner. 😁
