Purchased a Bullfrog spa. In-store employees were able to answer all of my questions and allowed me to get in the spa before I purchased. Staff helped me over the phone to complete purchase. Entire experience was hassle free and everyone was so nice throughout entire process. If you are looking to buy a high end spa this is a great place to shop.

Went to WATSON’S today to look for a couch and was met by a very professional and knowledgeable sales staff. After answering a few questions from Melinda we were shown a few couches to look at and check out. We were given time to look around and she came back to see if we had any questions and not only answered them but was very knowledgeable and not high pressure sales. We were shown some things to look for and even ended up buying a couch.

Bought a new Bullfrog X7 from Watsons. Melinda was great to work with, we received our Spa 2 weeks earlier then anticipated and when deliver day came it went off without a hitch. the deliver team, Matt Mitchell and his crew were fantastic. Matt called me when he was on his way and took his time to cover everything about the Spa. he also communicated well on all aspects of the delivery from trailer to final resting spot. As his team handled the tub they did so as if it were their own, being very cautious at all times. The team did a great job of clean up and left nothing behind.
