We dealt with Cheryl, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. If she didn't know the answer she would find out for you. We texted her with any questions that we had. We also on another purchase dealt with Sara. She was also helpful in the same way. They both took their time with us and didn't try to rush us into a sale. I would definitely recommend Watson's of Kentwood for your pool, patio umbrellas and furniture needs.

From the start of my venture to find a hot tub Watsons has been AMAZING! My wife and i walked in with our kiddos and met Jake. From the start Jake was absolutely amazing, he was so friendly and informative when it came to the spas and all my questions. I'm the type of person who likes to know the ins and outs of something before buying and i must have asked Jake a million question, Jake was more than happy to help and truly seemed excited to answer my questions and help me navigate our purchase. My wife and i ended up purchasing a Bullfrog X8L from Jake and we LOVE IT! Im continually impressed with the staffs willingness to help with all my questions about balancing the water and the overall support. Absolute best experience I've had at Watson's today. I was greeted immediately and the gentlemen working there (didn't catch his name) asked if he could help me find all of my items. We got everything gathered up in minutes, quickly checked out, he pushed my cart to the car and loaded everything. Excellent service. My only regret is not having his name so that I could give him a proper shout out.

I had a great experience with the sales rep at Watson’s in Grand Rapids when I purchased my $8k hot tub back in November. Unfortunately, the excellent customer service I received during the sale has been overshadowed by the complete lack of follow-through regarding my veteran's discount. Despite multiple calls, messages, emails, and even a visit to the store, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing to be ignored like this, especially after being promised the rebate. The purchase was a significant investment, and to not receive the discount as promised feels disrespectful. I really hope Watson’s takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service moving forward.
