We purchased our new hot tub today at Watson’s after an extensive search, and I’m so glad we did. With the professional guidance and expertise of Scott and Brent, we ended up choosing a Hot Springs saltwater hot tub. Both of them were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain every feature, answer all of our questions, and help us compare options so we could feel confident in our decision. Their customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a hot tub in Louisville, especially a saltwater hot tub, I highly recommend visiting Watson’s. Their professionalism and expertise truly set them apart. We visited the two competitors. One was extremely overpriced and the other didn’t carry saltwater hot tubs.

Very disappointing experiences. Bought 2 hot tubs from them. First was great. Second was a brand they stopped carrying so they stopped servicing me, even though the sales team sold em that they stood behind their products and serviced what they sold. Went in looking for a new tub and wanted to give them a chance and sales rep was more motivated to watch football game then help us. Then I got told that a $25K MSRP tub advertised by manufacturer and store with color choices for covers would be shipped in a single color regardless. They seem to care less about customer service and trying to do right for customer. Very disappointing and sad as my first overall ownership history and 2nd sales experience was outstanding... customer service, loyalty, and doing what is right by customer is dead.

Prices are inflated. Do not buy chems unless a sale early pool season. Watch actual pool prices and sales. They arent the cheapest and dont listen to their sales pitch of being the best pools and best installers, etc. They are a brand like any other with pros and cons and cheaper competition. Even those pre season chemical prices are high compared to some competition. Be creative because ph+ is literally baking soda. But ph+ slapped on it so they charge an arm and leg. 15lb bag at sams club for less than $10. Alkalinity plus is just soda ash. Cheaper online. The mineral pools are known to cause hard metal reaction in blong hair (turns hair green). They don't tell you that when they sell you on the "less chlorine" sales pitch. Also with a specialized chlorination system, you are kinda stuck buying the chlorine cartridges from them. They aren't cheap. The pool has flaws and go full resin or not at all. Partial resin is just a sales gimmick and lifetime warranty is barely covered on any parts. Those are plastic parts, not resin. SMH. Caps have design flaw and crack though manufacturer won't change it. Watsons management did take care of me and replace these caps for free after only two seasons though they were technically one yr warranty. Again, sales pitch said it was covered under the lifetime resin bit. Good and bad, installer from Watsons used way too much silicon caulk and restricted water flow in connections causing pressure issues my first year and I used twice as much here chlorine as anticipated or told. They did little to rectify that issue. I took it all apart and redid the plumbing with pipe dope and no silicon. They did give me a silicon pressure band replacement for free that goes in bottom of cartridge housing and a larger diameter jet head to use. Hoses burst in the first season, likley cause of pressure issues from the silicone, and they did replace them for free once i asked. They did try and help resolve the issues but that was parts department. Sales guys know very little about the hardware and product itself. But there are some very nice and honest parts people.
