If we are ordering for local delivery or store pick up, then the order should go through a selected store by customer. If something is not in stock and that is the reason your order won’t process then let us know which item or items is not in stock. If you offer on line shopping, I shouldn’t have to chat with a team member and then call in my order. Which is what I have had to do for 3 years. When dealing with the Louisville store, I have always been very satisfied and highly impressed with the service.

I left a message at the Louisville store asking about a repair for our Dolphin pool cleaner. Jim called me back 20 minutes later and was able to order the part while we were on the phone. He told me he would put it on for me when it came in. Very friendly and helpful.

Shopped here hoping for quality. Cushion couch and loveseat not good. After two months the finish came off the wooded arm rest. And furniture was covered when not in use. Cushions do not attach, constantly blow off. Cushion seat support material (not the cushions themselves, the material attached to frame to support cushion) puddles water if get wet should be mesh. Rain covers blow off constantly. Junk.
