    I don't usually leave reviews, but Ethan at Watson's really impressed me with his knowledge, kindness, and patience. We were shopping for a pool for a family owned property, so there were 3 of us asking a lot of questions...and Ethan had all the answers. If you're looking for a quality pool, at a great price, from a friendly and knowledgeable staff, then go to Watson's in Florence and ask for Ethan!

    Kevin Re is the best!! I have been buying things there for over 10 years and Kevin is always very helpful. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, he is always more than willing to help. Great guy to deal with.

    We were in the market for a new hot tub. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and Peyton was able to assist us and help us with all our questions. Bought it Monday, and it is bing installed this Monday. Delivery people called and were so friendly as well! So far, this has been a great experience! Hoping for a great delivery and install!

    We walked in and greated by a room full of smiles, a warm and inviting atmosphere. We went straight to the hot tubs, and initially greater by another salesman who asked if we needed anything to let him know. Mr. McCarthy our salesman was never pushy and very understanding. We were not pushed, any questions we had were answered, timelines, install, you name it. Not to mention the rest of the staff who were amazing with our two daughters while we finished up some paperwork which I might add was incredibly easy. We can't wait until everything is installed and running. I'd highly recommend everyone here at the Florence location.

    Florence, KY store only had 4 shopping carts to load all your pool chemicals. Really, only 4 when Watson is having their yearly pool chemical sale. Secondly, 2 of the helpers would just stand around and did not even help try to find a shopping cart. One gentleman finally stepped up to the plate. Bad customer serivce!
