Growing For a Cause

My wife and I went to Watsons in search of our first hot tub a few weeks ago. To say we were left happy would be an understatement. Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and answer our questions. Today we returned with more questions and to take a dip in the hot tub. Jessica needs to be cloned. I wish all sales personnel would take her example of how to treat a customer. After drying off we signed the paperwork and ordered our new hot tub. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

We ordered a Bullfrog Spa on 9/30/23 with a total of the Spa at $7257.97. We have patiently waited 6 weeks (this Sunday) for delivery of our Spa. Today (after waiting 6 weeks) they contacted us, and said their was a mistake, and the invoice was $8678.40. What the.....! Uh, no thanks, you aren't the only spa place in town. I would NOT recommend Watson's. Our sales rep was Kim Wright, who supposively has been doing this for years. Social media is a powerful tool! BUYERS BEWARE!!
