We had a great experience at Watson’s! We purchased an outdoor sofa and chair, and we were very indecisive. Our salesperson was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed. They let us take our time, and we probably sat in at least 10 different chairs before making our decision. Excellent customer service and a wonderful shopping experience. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was very positive. An observant salesman but not too pushy. When I made my decision the sales was quick and easy. Nice quality merchandise!!!

Philip was great I loved his personality! He was knowledgeable and informative about the products. He was happy to look up many other choices and options for me .The absolute selling factor for me was he gave me the information I needed let me choose and decide on my own and even encouraged me to come back once I made up my mind!

Watson’s had the best selection of patio furniture I’ve ever seen. I easily found what I wanted and ordered it with the help of Max. Max was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to receive my new deck table and chairs.

  5. laura Georgeoff

Max was personable, very knowledgeable about the product. No high pressure sales, we ended up purchasing our pool that day. We visited 3 other pool companies and Watson was by far the best hands down.
