This was my first time in the store. Just came in to look around but I've been researching chairs for my deck so I thought I'd inquire. Hancy greeted us within a reasonable time, avoiding to jump on us as soon as we hit the door. I don't mind being greeted but without pressure. Here is the reason I gave 4 stars: I specifically wanted chairs that glide not rock and the store only had 1 option. Now, this made my decision easy because I liked the chair and Hancy was knowledgeable about the products answering all my questions. If she didn't have the answer she found someone who did. The financing promotion is great and she walked me through that with ease. The manager gave me a delivery/assembly deal I couldn't refuse! Hope all goes well with that and my chairs last a long time.
