Guy at store was very friendly & knowledgeable. But, they just didn't stock what I was looking for there. He did recommend I try the main store in Sharonville. But, I came up with my own alternative fix for my situation.

I live over 30 minutes away. I called and checked to see if they had what I needed in stock before driving all the way there. Only to find out when I got there they really didn’t have it in stock. Very frustrating and a waste of time!!!!!
