    Great place for any pool needs! The staff are very friendly and quick to help out. I came in with a list of the things I needed and a dedicated employee showed me where everything was and helped bring it out to my car. They are stocked with all essentials for maintaining your pool.

    Absolutely terrible experience! The salespeople will literally lie to you to make a sale. We were talked into selecting a different hot tub because it was "in stock" / ready for delievery. Since we didn't want to wait months for delivery, we took the bait. Long story short, it took almost five months to get our hot tub. We were told it was on a train, in the back of a semi truck, lost in a warehouse.... It was a different, yet seemingly rehearsed, story every day! Our advice.....BUY A HOT TUB ANYWHERE ELSE!

    This place is a joke. My parents ordered a very nice pool setup back in April. It was supposed to be installed mid May. They pushed back to the end of May. Then June. After numerous calls with different people management we keep getting the run around and more excuses. Here we are now in July and no pool nor communication from them.

    We purchased a pool from Watson's in Evendale - it was delivered MAY 5. Still waiting to have it installed!!!! We've called and called and been lied to every time that we call. Today I spoke to the General Manager at Watson's and after a lengthy conversation was told he would make sure that they showed up Wednesday of this week to dig (they don't install until a "day or two" later!!!) (this is our "latest" scheduled installation) and he would issue me a $500.00 gift card! I told him that wasn't going to cut it. He stated that was 10% - um no, it isn't - 10% would be closer to $600.00 I told him I wanted $1000.00 taken off the total price of the pool. He said he couldn't authorize that and I told him that if he didn't we would both loose - him the sale and me the pool. He said he had to speak with the owner and he wouldn't be back till Friday. He has till Friday to get this approved or they can pick this pool up immediately!!! I DON'T WANT A GIFT CARD! WE'VE SPENT ENOUGH AND STILL DON'T HAVE IT INSTALLED!!

    They are very helpful..always polite. They don't try to sell you or push pool chemicals that you don't need my pool has looked the best since I've switched to Watson's thank you very much for your service
