After being brushed off by multiple locations of Watson's regarding a hot tub cover I purchased from Watson's and never received(waiting over 8 months), I will offer a 5 star review because of the amazing treatment I received at this location. Shawn, the manager, did not mess around. He was in contact with the highest level of Watson', kept me informed throughout his investigation, and made it right. I would highly recommend only dealing with this location, if possible.
