Shipping & Delivery
Almost any product that is purchased in store or online can be shipped to homes within the contiguous United States.
In-store customers can arrange delivery within a 50 mile radius of the store location.
Online customers can calculate shipping costs, choosing from a selection of UPS and FedEx rates, as well as a variety of freight and service-level options for larger items.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the order is shipped. Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2 and 5 days depending on location.
Watson's is not responsible for lost or misplaced package(s) once package(s) have been signed for at the address provided when the order was placed.
Options for delivery
For our larger items available for purchase online (included, but not limited to, furniture, select game tables, etc.) there are three levels of delivery service available:
- Point of Entry (standard service): Your order will be delivered to your door, driveway or reasonable point of entrance to your home.
- Room of Choice: Your order will be delivered to your room of choice within the home. The delivery team will go up or down one flight of stairs to place the product in the room. Items will not be unboxed or assembled.
- White Glove Service: Your order will be delivered to your home. The delivery team will go up or down one flight of stairs to place the product(s) in your room of choice. They will remove the product(s) from the box, provide light assembly and remove the packaging.
Shipping pool or spa chemicals
Watson's ships these items via UPS or Fedex, depending on the type of product or service selected at time of checkout. Your pool or spa chemicals could arrive separately from the rest of your ordered items.
Some products require an adult's signature for receipt of package. This includes any Chlorine or Non-Chlorine Blast material that has a total weight of 5 pounds or more.
After the final attempt has been made to deliver a "Signature Required" package, our shipper is required to return the product to our warehouse.
