Online Returns

To return an online purchase:

  1. Submit the form below to request a return for an online purchase. Be sure to refer to your original online order receipt to ensure routing to the proper location.
  2. Upon receipt of your request, a member of the Watson’s customer service team will contact you to confirm your submission was received, assist with any questions and to begin the returns process. 
  3. For online orders placed with a local Watson's showroom, you may also visit the location in person with a copy of your online order receipt to complete your return.
  4. Please note that for ALL UPS and Freight based online orders, customers must customers must return all orders in their original packaging, including instructions, to:

Customers may use the carrier of their choice for any returns. We highly recommend customers ship all items via a trackable method and include appropriate insurance coverage based on the value of the item(s). UPS and Freight based online orders are not able to be returned to any Watson's location other than Cincinnati.

Note: All costs affiliated with return shipping and insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Watson’s will not be responsible for lost or damaged items sent back for return. All returned products (with the exception of pool and spa chemicals or accessories) are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon inspection. Upon acceptance of a returned item, Watson's will issue a refund for the original purchase amount, less any original shipping fees.
