Bought a pool, almost 3 yrs ago, I paid for install. Got a shit install took pictures and showed them how the supports were buckling. This was within 2 days of being filled. They gave me 4 supports and did nothing. When I went back into the store they gave me a bogus email that I tried a several times. Was told it would be taken care of in the off season..The salesman that gave me the BOGUS e-mail would see me walk in the door and pass off his customer to someone else and go hide in the back because he didn't want to deal with me. I never got mad or yell, nothing... To anyone wanting a pool you should go to PEREGRINE POOL in Granite City, better quality and installation...
