Free pick-up now available at select locations

We have a variety of ways to serve you including free pick-up for online orders. This service will be available for customers within a select radius of our Cincinnati, OH location. We aim to expand this offering to other stores as soon as possible. Additionally, all other Watson's locations are offering assistance with credit card orders placed over the phone and are providing free curbside pick-up. This applies to Chemical & Accessory orders only. Please find your store below and contact them for more information.

How we’re handling daily shipments & deliveries

Our team is delivering and shipping daily.

All items are undergoing appropriate and thorough cleaning before delivery.

Your driver and delivery teams will wear disposable masks, gloves and booties when entering your home.

Social distancing (6 feet between) will be enforced, including between you and the Watson’s team.

How we’re protecting Watson’s and the team

Employees will have a temperature scan when entering the building, and anyone with any symptoms or who might have been exposed to coronavirus is required to stay home.

Employees will wear masks.

Increased deep cleaning and sanitation of frequent touch points, like surfaces and handles.

What you can expect if you shop in store

Customer face coverings are required in accordance with state and local health guidelines.

Social distancing (6 feet between) will be enforced for anyone inside our showroom (including both employees and customers). This includes appropriate markers and signage in checkout locations & in our service department.

In accordance with state and local regulations, we’re limiting the number of customers allowed at one time in select stores due to size. If we are at capacity, you will be asked to wait outside.

Example capacities include:

  • Florence: 40 customers
  • All Accessory Stores: 10 customers
  • Service Departments: 2 customers

We encourage all customers to take advantage of the opportunity to schedule an in-store appointment prior to visiting one of our locations. That way, you can minimize your wait time.

Contactless payment methods are encouraged. Android and Apple Pay will now be accepted.

What you can expect if you schedule an in-home consultation

Employees will have a temperature scan before leaving for any homes.

Employees will wear masks.

All parties are expected to do their best to practice social distancing (6 feet between).

CDC addresses pool & spa safety

There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs, according to the the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention posted on its site. The CDC noted that it’s critical to maintain proper operation and disinfection of your pool to remove or inactivate any virus.
