COVID-19 Updates

Product Availability & Order Fulfillment: COVID-19 continues to impact worldwide supply chains and present shipping challenges. We continue to do our best, to estimate accurate product lead times and fulfill orders, based on current market conditions. Please be aware that lead times may change and we continue to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Due to a higher volume of online orders, some customers may experience an additional 3 days of processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on the way. Additionally, due to current conditions regarding chlorine production and shortages, select chlorine products are limited to a purchase of 1 per customer, per size. Any order containing liquid chlorine cannot be returned after 7 days or without a receipt.

What you can expect if you shop in store

In accordance with federal, state and local guidelines, Watsons no longer requires fully vaccinated guest and employees to wear face coverings inside any of our showrooms. Facial coverings are highly recommended that employees and guests who are not yet fully vaccinated.

We encourage visitors to practice social distancing (6 feet between) inside our showroom (including both employees and customers).

We will continue to maintain a rigorous schedule of cleaning throughout all showrooms daily, with specific attention to "high touch" and "high traffic" areas.

We encourage all customers to take advantage of the opportunity to schedule an in-store appointment prior to visiting one of our locations. That way, you can minimize your wait time.

Contactless payment methods are accepted & encouraged. This includes Android and Apple Pay.

Free pick-up now available for online orders

When shopping on Watsons.com, you'll now have the option to pickup your order for free at all Watson's superstores. You'll be prompted with your pickup options at the time of checkout, based on the availability of items in your cart and your zip code location. This service will be available for customers within a select radius of all showrooms and product availability will be continually expanding. How we’re handling daily shipments & deliveries

Our team is delivering and shipping daily.

All items are undergoing appropriate and thorough cleaning before delivery.

Your driver and delivery teams will wear disposable masks, gloves and booties when entering your home.

Social distancing (6 feet between) will be enforced, including between you and the Watson’s team.

How we’re protecting Watson’s and the team

Employees will have a temperature scan when entering the building, and anyone with any symptoms or who might have been exposed to coronavirus is required to stay home.

Increased deep cleaning and sanitation of frequent touch points, like surfaces and handles.

What you can expect if you schedule an in-home consultation

Employees will have a temperature scan before leaving for any homes.

Employees will wear masks.

CDC addresses pool & spa safety

There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs, according to the the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention posted on its site. The CDC noted that it’s critical to maintain proper operation and disinfection of your pool to remove or inactivate any virus.
