Kevin was a huge help! He walked us through the store, shared stories of other customers purchases per location of our needs. Got the best furniture for our deck and look forward to doing more business with them. Best cost we found as well!! Go in and have a look around, you won’t regret it!!

Great place with a great selection of outdoor stuff, including hot tubs. I worked with Bryant to pick out and purchase a hot tub. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me get just what a needed. The buying process was easy. I’m writing the review before delivery (I probably should have waited), but it sounds like it will be seamless (I’ll update the review if it’s not!)

We are at the very start of the process with Watsons. So far it has been fantastic. We went to the Grand Rapids store and we're seen almost immediately. We wound up making a decision to buy in about an hour. The sales person we dealt with was Roger, he appeared very knowledgeable and got everything together quickly. So, step 1, excellent. Many steps to go. The photos are of where the pool will be.

While looking for patio furniture Sara was very helpful. She was very nice, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She followed up with delivery timing and helped us choose an umbrella and base. The general manager Ronda was also very helpful. We highly recommend Watson’s for their selection and customer service!
