I really wish there was negative stars. Please be warned that this was one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I even waited to make this review giving them plenty of time to resolve the issue, but that never happened. I purchased a swim spot from them two years ago and to date it has still never worked correctly nor have they fixed it nor do they have anybody that can fix it correctly apparently. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They never returned phone calls. The owner doesn’t even seem to care cause he just turned you over to somebody else he carries on a great conversation and then that’s it. I’ve talked to other people and they have also told me they’ve had nothing but issues with Watson’s. Our neighbor has had them over to fix their spa six times and there is still not working. Trust me go anywhere else just not Watson’s if you want service. Edit: their solution was to have me send videos then say yes there is a problem they will cover parts but not labor they expect me to pay for their labor to fix the spa that has not worked from day one since labor is out of warranty now. Again this is not good service what so ever DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE save yourself the headache.

The pool I wanted vs the pool I got. Purchased April 24th (paid in full), delivered April 29th, and today June 14th…despite many calls to the Cincinnati location with concerns I have gotten no help whatsoever. Staff members are extremely rude!! Only been told that I haven’t even been assigned an installer yet. The integrity of the product is suffering and I’ve paid for nothing basically thanks Watson. You should be extremely ashamed of the service that you are providing. Your company name is being ruined from what I’m seeing and hearing from other customers. Such a shame to watch years of a company’s reputation going down the drain.

Deanna was great. She really new her product and what was in stock so that we could take it home today. She hit the nail on the head with the 1st two patio furniture sets. She showed us others just so that we could be sure that we were making the best choice. Suoer helpful and not pushy. Great job and we highly recommend.

Watson’s service technicians traveled to Kentucky to diagnose and correct problems with my SwimSpa. They were thoroughly professional and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I was more than happy with the work Watsons performed. I gladly recommend them to anyone needing pool or spa related technical support or services.

August 8th Derek watsons technician done a great Job for us!! He Took pride in his work on our spa cover during the hottest day of the summer. Great job and Watsons is all around great to work with. Thanks to Wendy and Leigha in the office as well!
