    WATSON’S SHARONVILLE – TOTAL DISASTER! Loyal Customer of 20 Years Gets SCREWED! Guys, let me tell you—this is SAD. Very, very SAD. Watson’s Sharonville used to be a GREAT store. The best in my eyes. But what happened here? Total collapse. I’ve been a LOYAL customer for 20 YEARS—two decades!—spending BIG money on their so-called “high-quality” products. And let me tell you, their prices? Through the ROOF. You want quality? You pay a FORTUNE. But guess what? The quality? GONE. DISAPPEARED. Back in June 2020, I bought a pricey outdoor table set my wife and I loved. We paid a premium because, let’s face it, Watson’s isn’t exactly Walmart. You’re here for “quality,” right? Fast forward to 2025, and the table’s already falling apart. Not what I expected after dropping serious cash. I went in today (2/22/25, 1:05 PM) and talked to Kelly in the service department. She was polite, but here’s the kicker: Watson’s doesn’t stand behind their products. They told me to go through the manufacturer’s one-year warranty—which expired three years ago. Seriously? For a “high-end” store, that’s weak. Wouldn’t you agree? Kelly couldn’t do JACK. They sell you a “luxury” product with a ONE-YEAR warranty? ONE YEAR! That’s a JOKE. A bad joke. And Watson’s? They don’t stand by their products. They don’t stand by LOYAL customers. They just say, “Go talk to the manufacturer” PATHETIC. Let me tell you—when you’ve spent DECADES supporting a business, you expect RESPECT. You expect LOYALTY in return. Watson’s? They’ve forgotten what LOYALTY means. They’ve forgotten how to TREAT customers. Here’s the thing: Loyalty should go both ways. Watson’s, if you’re reading this: This isn’t about a broken table. It’s about valuing the customers who’ve kept your lights on for decades. A little flexibility—a refund, store credit, an exchange, something—would’ve saved this review. Instead, I’m left wondering why I ever trusted you with my money. To anyone shopping here: Buyer beware. That “quality” comes with zero safety net once the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Hoping Watson’s does the right thing and reaches out with a solution.

    I have been a customer for years and have always received incredible service. Most recently I went in to look at furniture and Patty Feldman went above and beyond to address my needs. Since she is a designer, she also helped me with measurements and spacing to make sure that the furniture fit. I would highly recommend using her.

    We picked up a sauna today from the warehouse. The young men working there were amazing. It took some maneuvering to get it all to fit inside our vehicle but they remained patient and dedicated to make sure it worked. All 4 of them had great attitudes and we were very pleased with the service they provided. It is hard to find that kind of service these days, we will be return customers because of this. The size of the store and inventory is impressive as well.

    Our salesmen, Tom and Johnie spent 3.5 hours educating us about hot tubs and outdoor furniture. Zero pressure sales. Their knowledge, selection and product availability are all remarkable.     With Tom’s expert assistance, my husband and I found the exact type of outdoor seating and dining arrangement we had in mind. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and 100% helpful without applying any sales pressure. He answered all of our questions and provided dimensions, as well as accurate pricing. We went home to assess how the furniture would fit in our designated space and returned the next day to order the set. Tom went the extra mile to explain the purchase details including fabric protection terms and schedule delivery. We would not hesitate to patronize Watson’s and work with Tom again.
