My wife and I stopped in today to look at hot tubs - we've been considering getting one. We worked with Logan Fox who was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best sales experiences we have ever had. He promptly sent us a breakdown of pricing for a few different models we were interested in which we received before we even got home. He is terrific and Watson's is very lucky to have him as an employee.

We have purchased several items from Watsons over many years, including two hot tubs and a lot of pool supplies among other things. Couple months ago we bought a new pool robot and had great customer service. Then after we finished the sale, we saw an inflatable that we wanted and bought it under a separate sale which may have been cash or card I don’t remember. We opened it up this week and it would not inflate and then we discovered that on the bottom there is about a 3 inch seam that was never heat welded. We stopped in to return it, and because we did not have a receipt and it had been more than 30 days. We were told that we could not return it. At that time I was thinking what poor customer service after all that we have spent over the years with this company. I then posted a review saying how unsatisfied I was, which I have since deleted. the president of Watson‘s reached out to me via phone call, which I do appreciate very much. This just shows that the customer service is awesome when the top person gives you a call. He explained that this wasn’t handled correctly in the store and said they will return it and offer a credit. I do appreciate them reaching out like this, which is why we continue to go back.

We are repeat customers at Watson’s, and have never had a bad experience. Anytime we go, the staff is all very friendly and helpful without hovering over you. They often offer great deals and no interest financing, which we have personally taken advantage of. The furniture we have purchased over the years were all great quality pieces. We did have a piece get damaged once in delivery, but they were quick to replace it, and take away the damaged piece. I would recommend Watson’s to all my friends and family.

I wish I could remember the name of my sales person because she was so wonderful. She spent a good two hours with me helping me pick out some things for a friend. As well, there were some barstools that were on clearance and two of them had different prices on them and she was able to get both of them for me at the lower price. Plus, I got new ones from the warehouse! Overall, it was a great great experience and I am so excited for everything to be delivered on Friday! The stuff in that store is just beautiful!
