We are more than happy with a new Jacuzzi that we recently purchased from Watson’s after purchasing one from them two years ago that just never seemed to work for us. Watson is a family owned company that stands behind its products. Our original spa required several service calls, and after a certain amount of those Watson’s contacted us and told us to go to the store and pick out something new. Great experience, very knowledgeable sales rep Frank walked us thru various configurations of outdoor furniture we were interested in. We never felt it was a pressure sale, the exact opposite of going to a furniture store where you are swarmed as soon as you walk in.
