I had an outstanding experience working with Adam at Watson’s in Utica. From the very beginning, he was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a hot tub is a major investment, and he took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I understood all of my options. I spent a lot of time shopping around and comparing different dealers because I wanted to make the right decision. Adam earned my business by being straightforward, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me instead of just making a sale. He worked with me to put together a great package, took care of the details, helped with financing, and even included some extra chemicals for me. He made the entire buying experience smooth and stress free. What really stood out was that Adam treated me with respect throughout the process and made me feel like he truly valued my business. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a Bullfrog Spa, I highly recommend asking for Adam. We are more than happy with a new Jacuzzi that we recently purchased from Watson’s after purchasing one from them two years ago that just never seemed to work for us. Watson is a family owned company that stands behind its products. Our original spa required several service calls, and after a certain amount of those Watson’s contacted us and told us to go to the store and pick out something new. Wonderful place that’s extremely helpful. We’ve done 2 pools thru here (one was taken out due to storm damage). Staff is excellent and always looking to make sure the customer is taken care of.

We had an error code and Mitch explained in detail all of the things we could do to get rid of the code so the tub would heat!. Afterwards the code went away. Mitch informed us what to do and to call again if the code returned and he would get service to us to protect our tub in this cold weather. When the code did return Mitch went above and beyond to get us service the same day. He sent Rich out who was efficient and professional! He showed up when expected, replaced the defective component and had the tub running in a short time. We appreciate both Mitch and Rich, and their excellent customer service! We especially appreciate the time Mitch took on the phone to help us troubleshoot shoot our problem! His level of customer service is hard to find these days!
