We ordered a full patio set, dining table & chairs, couch, chairs and fireplace. We love it! We could not have been happier with our sales person, Kathryn McCarty! I’ll be honest I’m not sure we would have proceeded with such a large purchase if it had not been for her help. She was wonderful answering questions but also patient and not pushy!

I used this location to get a pool table during the Black Friday specials and they had amazing deals. They delivered the table based on my schedule during the holidays and my saleswoman was excellent!!! She made the whole process easy and was super friendly and kind. I was able to get everything I needed. I would absolutely get products from this company again. The store has oodles of stock and displays to see what works for you. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

A special thank you to Kathryn at Watson's who helped us with the purchase of our new spa. She made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. After a quick initial visit to the Novi store, nearly everything else was handled conveniently through text messaging, which made the buying process simple and efficient. Kathryn provided competitive pricing, answered every question promptly, and coordinated all the details seamlessly. Delivery was smooth, and Watson's made the removal and disposal of our old spa effortless. Kathryn also connected us with excellent electrician recommendations, which took even more stress out of the installation process. It's rare to find someone who combines product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer service as well as Kathryn does. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly and that the customer has an outstanding experience. We've made several significant purchases from Watson's over the past year and a half, and every experience has reinforced why we keep coming back. Top-notch service, quality products, and a team that truly cares about its customers. Tops all around, and a special thanks again to Kathryn for all her hard work and for making the entire process so easy. Highly recommended!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Laverne for all the time and effort she put into helping me throughout my hot tub search. She was incredibly responsive, spent a lot of time answering my questions, and worked hard to put together a very competitive package for me. Buying a hot tub is a major investment, and she was always willing to help me understand my options and make sure I had the information I needed to make an informed decision. Even though I ultimately purchased from another Watson’s location because it was much closer to my home, I wanted to make sure Laverne received the recognition she deserves. She genuinely cared about helping me, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort she invested throughout the process. Thank you, Laverne, for all of your help, and I wish you nothing but success.
