They are always helpful, especially with getting my hot tub chemical levels back on track. You give them a fresh water sample, they put it in their special testing machine, and it gives back step by step directions to restore the chem levels in your hot tub.

Giving a 30 day review since delivery. Purchased sight unseen hot tub from Brendan. Through several text messages and me dragging my feet gave the ok to do it and he said they just sold tub I was looking at, offered a floor model for a little bit more money and I said yes. Tub is a Catalina NS5 plus 2. Without hesitation I would purchase again from Brendan and watsons. Delivery went smooth, I had set up and running next evening at 102 degrees. I received top notch care from Brendan, he was probably getting annoyed with my questions but he handled it professionally. Tub holds temp perfectly, mineral system @ease is hands free, love the tub cover holder. Lounger is perfect size, steps included for easy in and out, top side controls light up for night time soaking. Love the lighting with several colors to choose from. All pro’s with a couple con’s. Con number 1, no water fill line in tub. When full the filter cannot clean water correctly. Con number 2, tub cover does not fit like my 21 year old tub fit. Have to always push around to get 1 side latched down. All in all I give tub a 9.7 rating and give Brendan salesman a 10 star. Hope this lasts like my last one at 21 years. Happy soaking as we use 2 times a day. A++++++

We have had absolutely the most exceptional care from the team at Watsons in Livonia! We purchased our tub a little over a year ago. I cannot say enough nice things about Ann! She is a saint. Not only kind/knowledgeable and patient. She reassures you that everything will be fine. I have to give the entire staff kudos because, I am there frequently and every person has been of help! I would most importantly like to thank Joe! He came out today. (In the pouring rain to look and, fix our tub!!) Joe was kind,courteous and a pleasure! I was not even expecting my tub to be fixed today !! Its fixed and, its perfect!! Thank you so much to all of the Livonia Watsons Staff for the wonderful/exceptional customer service!!!! I am extremely happy with this store!!
