We went looking for a hot tub over the summer. Went to Watsons and from the moment we walked in everybody was amazing answering our questions offering direction whatever it was we needed. But it's not just about the big sale it's about what happens after and I want to tell you Watson's has been absolutely amazing. From set up to getting the chemicals just right, or any other problem in between these people have been helpful and knowledgeable definitely go the extra mile! I would recommend them a thousand times over! We love our hot tub!!!

Additionally, they make purchasing replacement parts and products easy as they keep your file easily accessible.

Bought a Catalina hot tub spa. I was very happy with the purchase and the sales experience was great. Unfortunately the tub had some issues and we needed to order 2 separate new parts. They were very quick to cover their ass by stating my issue wasn't covered under warranty which I was understanding of. Since then, they have been dragging their feet in getting a crew scheduled to fix my issue. They keep forgetting to call me back and only seem concerned about collecting payment in full for the replacement parts that they have not installed or scheduled an installation for. I understand that it's a business but please try and put a little more emphasis on customer service as opposed to just $$ Update: They reached out and made it right.
