After purchasing our pool, we had a very unfortunate circumstance and got a hole in our liner. It was within the first weeks of us using it. That being said Watson’s was on top of it. Casey was very helpful in getting us a new liner. We used their installer and he was amazing. He installed a new liner at no charge. Great customer service and very good people to work with. Highly recommend Watson’s

  2. Manda S

Came in to buy a pool and was greeted by Hemant. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained everything about the pool, what we were ordering, and helped us pick out the best pool for our home and family. We truly thank Hemant and the time he took for us! What a great person!

  3. Jane Montas

Hemant, the store manager, was super helpful, didn’t try to upsell us and helped us maximize our value for our hot tub set up. Would def recommend working with him at Watson’s!

  4. Derrick Roberson

This is my second time patronizing Watson's. Casey was extremely helpful and explained timelines and processes clearly. He even allowed me to text him pictures of my furniture to ensure I received the correct replacement items.
