Casey was knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions about pool cues. He didn't push me towards the most expensive sticks, but gave me some great recommendations on beginner gear. As someone who works in sales, I really appreciate that. He remained patient as I tried out every stick in the building 7 minutes until closing time. 10/10. Will be back!

I purchased an item in January of 2024 and after a while discovered an issue with it. Watson's made several attempts to resolve the issue per the manufacturer's direction to no avail. After 4 attempts they decided to just replace it and the new one works great and I could not be happier. Their service people were extremely professional and Nancy, who schedules the service appointments, was on top of everything and made sure it all happened as promised. Even though this situation was not their fault they owned it and handled it as if it was. I would never hesitate to purchase a big ticket item from them as they stand behind their products no questions asked. And a special thanks to Nancy for leading the way on this!
