How to shop

You have three choices for shopping:

  1. For fastest processing, build your cart on Watsons.com. Check out, submit payment and you’re done.
  2. If you have shopped with us during Pool School before and prefer the traditional form, no problem. Click here to find that form and follow the instructions to place your order by submitting via email to your store. Our team will call you ASAP to provide you a total and process payment over the phone.
  3. You may also call your order in to your local Watson’s using the numbers below. Not close to one of our stores (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan)? Please contact (866) 295-8210.

What’s a “Handling Fee”?

In order to keep product costs as low as possible and continue to offer the Guaranteed Lowest Price in USA, all Pool School orders being shipped via UPS will be charged a small handling fee of $9.99.

Handling fees cover some of the expenses related to fulfillment, including pulling and packaging your order.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders going more than 50 miles from our store will be shipped via UPS.

Due to the volume of orders, we will begin shipping orders on Thursday, April 22.

If you select Free Local Delivery at checkout or on your classic order form, your order will be delivered between 5-10 days after your purchase.

Our Watson’s customer service team will call you ASAP when we can provide an exact delivery date.

I chose pickup at my local store. When will my order be ready?

We will work as quickly as possible to fulfill all orders. This will vary depending on where you live, so we greatly appreciate your patience.

Orders placed for local pick-up at a store will typically be ready the 3rd business days (48 hours) following the order being processed.

You will receive a text message from Watson’s, sent to the mobile number listed on your order, confirming when your order is ready for pickup.

Here’s an approximate schedule of what you can expect:

Where exactly do I pickup my order?

Your email receipt will have the name of the store you selected at checkout, as well as their email address and phone number. If you need to change the pickup location of your order, please contact your Watson's location.

I bought an item(s) that included a gift card or won a gift card. When/how will I get that?

If you bought an item(s) that qualified for a gift card, you will receive your gift card via USPS mail no later than 2 weeks after your date of purchase or win.

Gift cards will be usable online and at your local Watson’s store. To use for an online purchase, you must contact the Watson's location that issued your gift card and place your order over the phone.

Gift card winner announcements will be made each day on Facebook and a full list of winners will be posted on our blog .

Can you ship liquid pool shock? What products can you not ship?

Liquid pool shock is considered a hazardous material. It is not available for shipping or delivery.

Hazard materials like liquid pool shock will be available during Pool School and for discounted pricing. However, these items will be available for local pick-up only.
