Durango Warranty Information

5 year limited warranty; internal structural components, inclusive of frame and suspension system

5 year limited warranty; metal components for recliners, sofa beds, ratchets, and rocker mechanisms

2 year limited warranty; comfort components such as seat cushions, fiberfill, and sofa bed mattress

2 year limited warranty; electric glide motors installed in motion furniture

1 year limited warranty; applied upholstery materials inclusive of leather, fabric, or vinyl

Notes:

Manufacturer offers a 3rd party limited warranty service through retailers for warranty inquires. The limited warranty issues are valid to original purchaser for residential use only and is void if / when combined with fee based extended warranties.

All cushions and fiberfill will experience normal settling with use. This is part of the normal aging process and is specifically excluded by this limited warranty.

Limited warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, transit, storage, or disaster damage, and non-residential use.

Warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of the manufacturer, and not to exceed the purchase value.

Transportation costs are not part of this limited warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
